Developed a Python desktop application utilizing a multi-objective genetic algorithm to design and optimize water distribution networks.
This technique was used to select the most suitable materials, sizes, and costs for each pipe, while ensuring that the network operates efficiently considering hydraulic constraints of the area. In addition to this, the goal was to select the lowest possible cost.
